OWEN NIEDER CARLSBAD

I believe this shot of Owen Nieder is from the late 80's. Mid 80's? I do know he is skating Mike McGill's park in Carlsbad. I still see Owen skating the pool at the Encinitas Skate Plaza. They just can't get it out of their blood!
